A An owner-occupied short-term rental unit applicant shall pay an annual license fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
B. A non-owner-occupied short-term rental unit applicant who is a City resident shall pay an annual license fee of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00).
C. A non-owner-occupied short-term rental unit applicant who is a not a City resident shall pay an annual license fee of three hundred and fifty dollars ($350.00).
D. The annual license fee covers the period January 1 through December 31. License fees shall not be prorated or refunded and shall be paid to the City when an application is filed. (Ord. 112122A, 11-21-2022)
