No person shall conduct, keep, manage, or operate or cause to be conducted, kept, managed, or operated a short-term rental unit without a license therefor as provided in this Chapter. A license shall be obtained for each short-term rental unit and shall not be transferable. Licenses are required to be renewed annually. A license shall be issued by the City upon payment of the fee as provided in this Chapter. (Ord. 112122A, 11-21-2022)
