2-14-2: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUIRED:
A short-term rental unit license shall only be permitted upon the owner’s receipt of a conditional use permit as provided for in Chapter 8 (Conditional Uses Permits) of Title 3 (Zoning Title) of the City Code. (Ord. 112122A, 11-21-2022)
