8-2-6-2: FAILURE TO RECORD OR TO MAIL NOTICE NOT TO AFFECT:
Failure of the city clerk to record a lien claim or to mail notice of same, or failure of the owner to receive such notice, shall not affect the right to foreclose the lien for such charges, as provided in section 8-2-7 of this chapter. (Ord. 050508, 5-5-2008)
