The city will keep an account of the expenses for the abatement of a violation of this chapter; such expense shall be charged to and paid by such owner and/or tenant of the property. The city administrator will prepare a statement of the city expenses incurred to abate a violation of this chapter and submit it to the property owner for payment to the city. (Ord. 050508, 5-5-2008)
