7-2-42: STAKES ON PAVEMENT:
It shall be unlawful for any person to drive iron or other stakes in any brick, stone, asphalt, concrete or other pavement within the City, except as otherwise expressly permitted by the Superintendent of Water and Streets or provided for by ordinance. (1994 Code)
