7-2-41: DESTRUCTION OF STREET SIGNS, TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES:
It shall be unlawful for any person to make, deface, scratch, climb or in any other manner injure, attempt to deface or alter the direction of any street sign or traffic-control device within the City. (1994 Code)
