It shall be unlawful for any person to leave, ride or drive any horse, cow, mule or other like animal upon, over or across any sidewalk or lawn, within the curb line of any sidewalk within the City, except at the entrance to such building or lot, where no suitable crossing is provided; or for any person to permit any such animal, or any vehicle attached thereto, to be or remain upon any such sidewalk or lawn.
