7-2-20: PEANUT AND CANDY STANDS; LICENSE REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or expose for sale from any stand, cart or wagon erected or placed upon any street, alley or sidewalk within the City any candies, peanuts or the like without having first obtained a license to so do as provided in Title 2, Chapter 1 of this City Code. (1994 Code)
