All sidewalks shall not be less than four feet (4') in width. The inside line of all walks shall be on the property line. All sidewalks shall be so constructed as to have an incline toward the gutter of the street of at least eight-hundredths of one foot (.08') to each four feet (4') of width. (1994 Code)
