A. Participation Prohibited: No person shall engage in a game of chance prohibited by the statutes of the state of Illinois or provisions of this code.
B. Possession Of Materials: No person shall have in his possession any evidence of illegal gambling in the nature of policy or pool tickets, slips, checks or memoranda of any combination or bet, or any policy wheel, dice, implement, apparatus or material of any form of illegal gambling or lottery, except for such activity related to lotteries, bingo games and raffles authorized by and conducted in accordance with the laws of Illinois.
C. Owner Of Premises: No person, being the owner or person in control of the premises, shall knowingly permit the use or occupancy thereof for such gambling activities as are prohibited by Illinois statutes. (1994 Code)
