No person shall assault any child under sixteen (16) years of age, or take indecent and improper liberties with the person of such child, or entice, allure or persuade such child into any room, office or any other place for the purpose of taking any immodest, immoral or indecent liberties with such child, or take any such liberties with the person of such child at any place.
