A. Whoever shall throw or cast any stone, brick, club, snowball or other missile at or against any tree, electric light or window glass or pane in any store, house or other building, or in or upon any street, alley or other public place or any private premises within the City, shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than twenty dollars ($20.00).
B. No person shall throw any stone, snowball or any other missile at any person in any public or private way. (1994 Code)
