All persons, firms, or corporations violating any of the provisions of this title shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00). Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder. (Ord. 070102C, 7-1-2002)
