4-7-3: BUILDING PERMITS:
No building permit shall be issued providing for improvement of any lot in a subdivision until the plat of subdivision and the plans and specifications for public improvements have been approved by the city of Wenona building inspector and/or engineer. (Ord. 070102C, 7-1-2002)
