Any person refused a permit to construct or alter a mobile home park shall have the right to a hearing before the board of appeals of the city of Wenona, Illinois, which shall have full power to conduct such hearings, issue subpoenas, administer oaths and affirmations, and all other power necessary to conduct such hearing.
A. All hearings before the board of appeals shall be open to the public.
B. The board of appeals shall keep minutes of the proceedings showing its determination and shall also keep records of its other official actions.
C. In the performance of its duties under provisions of this chapter, the board of appeals may incur such expenditures as shall be authorized by the city of Wenona, Illinois.
D. The board of appeals shall adopt its own rules of procedure. (Ord. 070102B, 7-1-2002)
