Temporary mobile home parks are exempt from the permanent facility requirements of this chapter. However, they must comply with the following requirements:
A. Reuse: The area used as the park may not be similarly used for a period of ninety (90) days following the vacating of the site.
B. Disposal: All sewage and other water carried wastes shall be contained in a sealed sanitary tank with each mobile home and, disposed of in a sanitary manner. No water or waste shall be allowed to fall on the ground from a mobile home.
C. Property Line: Individual mobile homes shall be placed no less than fifteen feet (15') from any property line abutting a residential district. (Ord. 070102B, 7-1-2002)
