Every park shall contain an electrical wiring system consisting of approved wiring, fixtures, equipment, and appurtenances, which shall be installed and maintained in accordance with applicable codes and regulations governing such systems. All parts of the park electrical distribution system shall conform with the approved standards for safety to life and property and with accepted engineering practices as required by the city of Wenona.
