Each park to be constructed under the provisions of this chapter shall provide at least the minimum number and quality of facilities as are required by the mobile home park control law of the state and the rules and regulations adopted by the Illinois department of public health pursuant thereto. Where the requirements of this chapter exceed the requirements of such state of Illinois law, the provisions of this chapter shall control. This chapter shall apply only to construction of parks and shall not be construed or act as licensing or governing the operation of parks. (Ord. 070102B, 7-1-2002)
