§ 132.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provisions set forth in § 130.99.
   (B)   Any child found in violation of the provisions of §§ 132.16 through 139.18 shall be taken to the village hall, and parents, guardian, or persons in loco parentis shall be notified to come to the village hall and take personal charge of said child and said child shall be released only to such parents, guardian, persons in loco parentis, or to the juvenile authorities of this county. Any child found in violation of such sections who has once before been held by the authorities of the village for violation of such sections, shall be held for the juvenile authorities of this county for proper disposition. Any parent, who knowingly permits such child to violate any of the provisions of these sections shall, upon the first offense, be warned; upon the second offense be fined no less than $10 and not more than $25, and upon a subsequent offense shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $50.
