§ 132.16 MINORS UNACCOMPANIED ON PUBLIC STREETS.
   It shall be unlawful for any child or children under the age of 18 years to congregate, loaf, loiter, be upon, or be in a vehicle upon any of the streets, alleys, or highways of the village after the hours of 10:00 p.m. and before the hour of 6:00 a.m. the following day, prevailing village time, on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of any week; or after the hour of 11:00 p.m. and before the hour of 6:00 a.m. the following day, prevailing village time, on Friday or Saturday of any week; except when accompanied by their parent or parents, guardian, or person in loco parentis, or some other person over 18 years of age, who has been given permission by the parents, guardian, or person in loco parentis to accompany said children.
