§ 116.13 NON-ISSUANCE OF LICENSE WHEN EMPLOYEE EXEMPTED FROM PAYMENT OF LICENSE FEE.

   No employee’s license shall be issued under the provisions § 116.04(B) to any employee of any solicitor or peddler exempted from the payment of a license fee by the provisions of § 116.16(B) and (C). Every employee of such solicitor or peddler shall obtain a license and pay the fee required by § 116.16(B) and (C).
