(A) Every person desiring a solicitor’s or peddler’s license shall pay to the village a license fee of $25 per year, payable in advance.
(B) Any individual having a valid solicitor’s or peddler’s license and who actually peddles or solicits himself or herself, may have licenses issued to his or her employees in accordance with division (C) of this section.
(C) Employees of any licensed solicitor or peddler shall pay to the village a license fee of $15 per year, payable in advance.
