§ 111.36 RECORDS MUST BE KEPT BY DEALERS.
   All persons, firms, and corporations so licensed and so engaged in the junk business shall keep in its place of business a book, books, or ledger in which shall be kept and numbered consecutively an accurate record of each purchase setting forth a description of the articles, goods, and merchandise purchased and the time of receiving the same, together with the name and address of the person selling or delivering such goods purchased by the dealer.
