§ 111.31 LICENSE REQUIRED; APPLICATION FOR LICENSE TO BE APPROVED BY CHIEF OF FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   No person shall maintain or operate a junk shop or junk yard in the village unless he or she has at first obtained a license therefor. Applications for such license shall be made to the Chief of the Fire Department, upon such blanks as shall be prescribed by the Chief, and upon approval of said application by the Chief, a license shall be issued by the Mayor as provided for herein. In making the aforesaid application, the applicant shall state his or her name, whether a person, firm, or corporation, the place or places at which such business is to be conducted or maintained, and any further information as may be required by the Chief.
