§ 111.04 LICENSE ONLY LAID FOR THE SALE OF USED MERCHANDISE.
   The license provided for in § 111.02 shall be valid only for the sale of used merchandise. It shall be unlawful for any auctioneer acting under such license to sell any new merchandise of any kind or description.
