§ 34.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person found guilty of violating, disobeying, omitting, neglecting, or refusing to comply with, or resisting or opposing the enforcement of any of the provisions of §§ 34.28 through 34.30, except when otherwise specifically provided, upon conviction thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both, for each offense.
