§ 34.30 FAILURE TO PAY TAX.
   If the Mayor, after hearing held by or for the Mayor, shall find that any person has willfully avoided payment of the lodging accommodations excise tax, then the Mayor may suspend or revoke all village licenses held by such tax evader.
