§ 96.66 SPEED LIMIT FOR RAILROAD CARS.
   No railroad or railway corporation or the directing officers thereof or operator of a train of railroad cars shall operate or cause to be operated, a railroad car or cars, a locomotive or locomotives, at a speed in excess of 30 mph within the corporate limits of the village.
