§ 96.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter, for which another penalty is not already provided, shall be fined not more than $100.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 96.30 is guilty of unauthorized opening of a village street, which is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
