§ 96.47 PERMIT FOR WORK REQUIRED.
   No person other than the Village Administrator or his or her authorized employees or agents shall construct or repair any sidewalk, curbing, or gutter without first procuring a permit from the Village Administrator so to do. The fee for each permit shall be $5.
