§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, for which another penalty is not specifically provided, shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense.
   (B)   In addition, to the above penalty, anyone found guilty of violating § 93.18 shall pay the cost of the prosecution, and if the Fire Department is summoned to quell a fire due in the first place to a violation of this section, the person so responsible for the presence or burning of the matter shall be fined in addition to the above fine the cost of the payroll of the Volunteer Fire Department for that particular fire.
