§ 93.18 THROWING INFLAMMABLE MATERIALS IN STREETS; SUPPRESSION COSTS.
   It shall be unlawful for anyone to throw, dump, scatter, or otherwise deposit papers, cardboard, or other inflammable matter on the streets or alleys of the village, or onto private property in the open, except into fireproof containers.
