Any order made pursuant to §§ 93.15 and 93.16 which is not appealed, or which is sustained by the Village Administrator, shall be complied with by the owner, lessee, or occupant within the time specified in such order. If said order is not fully complied with, the Fire Chief may cause such order to be complied with by the Fire Department, may otherwise remove or abate such fire hazard, or may certify such non-compliance to the Village Solicitor for proper court action. Proceeding under this section shall not relieve any party defendant from criminal prosecution or punishment under this code, or any other criminal law, or ordinance in force, within the village. Each day’s continued violation of a lawful order issued under this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
