§ 76.31 EFFECT ON OTHER REGULATIONS.
   Nothing contained in this subchapter and Chapter 78, Schedule III, or in any ordinance hereafter passed establishing parking meter zones, shall be construed to permit parking of vehicles in those spaces within any zone in which, by other ordinances of the village, parking is prohibited.
