§ 76.30 OWNER OF CAR TO BE PRIMA FACIE RESPONSIBLE.
   If any vehicle is found upon the street, in violation of any provisions of this subchapter and Chapter 78, Schedule III, and the identity of the driver cannot be determined, the owner, or person in whose name such vehicle is registered, shall be held prima facie responsible for such violation.
