§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Sixty days after notice of a violation in §§ 150.01 through 150.15 is served and the violation cited in the notice has not been appropriately remedied, the owner, manager, person, or entity cited in the notice may be issued a subsequent citation. Each day thereafter shall constitute a separate violation. Each offense cited shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree as defined in the Ohio Revised Code.
   (B)   Whoever violates the provisions of §§ 150.26 through 150.28 two or more times, or whoever continues to work at a job site after being notified of their violation of these sections, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
