Property and buildings in a C-3 Intensive Commercial District shall be used only for the following purposes:
(A) Uses in C-2 District. Any use permitted in a C-2 General Commercial District, except R General Residential uses.
(B) Amusements; enterprises. Amusements and other enterprises as follows:
Bus terminal.
Dance hall.
Drive-in theater.
Kennel.
Liquor store.
Motel.
Nightclub.
Recreational vehicle parks and/or campgrounds.
Roller skating rink.
Tavern.
Travel trailer park.
(C) Accessory buildings and uses. Buildings, structures and uses accessory and customarily incidental to any of the above uses; provided, that there shall be no manufacturing, producing or compounding of products other than such as are customarily incidental and essential to retail establishments.
(D) Other stores, shops. Any other store or shop for retail trade or for rendering personal, professional or business service which does not produce more noise, odor, dust, vibration, blast or traffic than those enumerated above.
