The area regulations for dwellings shall be the same as the requirements of the R General Residential District. The following requirements shall apply to all other uses permitted in this district:
(A) Yards.
(1) Front and side yard. There are no specific front or side yard requirements for uses other than dwellings. When C-2 General Commercial District abuts an R district, the front and side yard requirements shall be the same as C-1 Neighborhood Commercial.
(2) Rear yard. There shall be provided an alley, service court, rear yard, or combination thereof, of not less than 30 feet in width.
(B) Parking. Buildings shall be provided with a yard area adequate to meet the off street parking requirements set forth in chapter 9 of this title.
