§ 155.061 USES PERMITTED.
   Property and buildings in a C-2 general commercial district shall be used only for the following purposes:
   (A)   Uses in C-1 District. Any use permitted in a C-1 neighborhood commercial district.
   (B)   Uses enclosed within building. When completely enclosed within a building or buildings, the following uses are permitted:
      Automobile and machinery repairing if conducted in conjunction with a retail agency, but not including automobile or machinery wrecking establishments or junkyards.
      New automobile sales and service.
      New machinery sales and service.
      Public garages, provided no gasoline is stored aboveground.
      Used automobile and machinery sales and service.
   (C)   Uses enumerated. The following uses are permitted:
      Advertising signs or structures.
      Ambulance service, office or garage.
      Antique shop.
      Appliance store.
      Automobile retail gasoline service station.
      Bait sales.
      Bakery.
      Bank.
      Catering establishment
      Child daycare facility.
      Cleaning plant
      Clothing or apparel store.
      Commercial school or hall.
      Department store.
      Drive-in restaurant.
      Dry goods store.
      Electric supply.
      Electric transmission station.
      Feed and seed store.
      Florist shop, greenhouse, nursery.
      Frozen food locker.
      Funeral parlor or mortuary.
      Furniture repair and upholstery.
      Furniture store.
      Golf course, miniature or practice range.
      Grocery store/convenience store including the retail sale of gasoline, diesel or other motor fuels.
      Hardware store.
      Heating, ventilating or plumbing supplies, sales and service.
      Hospital for small animals.
      Ice storage locker plant or storage house for food.
      Interior decorating store.
      Key shop.
      Laboratories, testing and experimental.
      Laundry.
      Leather goods shop.
      Lumberyard.
      Meat market.
      Museum.
      Music or television shop.
      Novelty shop.
      Nursery or garden supply store.
      Outdoor advertising signs.
      Pawnshop.
      Pet shop.
      Printing plant
      Recreation centers.
      Research laboratories.
      Restaurant
      Sign painting shop.
      Stock and bond broker.
      Storage warehouse.
      Theater.
      Used automobile sales.
      Variety store.
      Wholesale distributing center.
      Winery.
   (D)   Accessory buildings and uses. Buildings, structures and uses accessory and customarily incidental to any of the above uses; provided, that there shall be no manufacturing, processing or compounding of products other than such as are customarily incidental and essential to retail establishments.
   (E)   Other uses. Any other store or shop for retail trade or for rendering personal, professional or business service which does not produce more noise, odor, dust, vibration, blast or traffic than those enumerated above.
   (F)   Sale, auction. Sale or auction facility.
   (G)   Wrecker services and vehicle impound yards. Wrecker services and vehicle impound yards provided they are enclosed by a solid fence of not less than eight feet in height, or all impounded vehicles are stored inside a building. Wrecker services and impound yards do not include any form of vehicle salvage, parting or wrecking operations. Wrecker service and impound yards shall not be located on lots of less than two acres in size. The size of any impound yard shall not exceed two acres regardless of the size of the lot and the fence enclosing the impound yard shall be set back not less than 15 feet from any property line, abutting road or street. In the event existing rules or regulations require a greater setback, such greater setback shall control. The principal entrance gate shall be set back not less than 100 feet from the street, road or highway it abuts.
