(A) Lot area. All lots shall have not less than five acres of land, and not more than one principal building shall be placed on any one lot.
(B) Frontage. Each lot shall have a frontage of not less than 330 feet, and the depth shall not exceed 2½ times the frontage of the lot.
(C) Coverage. Not more than ten percent of the lot area shall be covered with improvements.
(D) Yards.
(1) Front. All structures shall have not less than 85 feet from centerline of roadway.
(2) Side. All principal structures shall have not less than a 30 foot side yard setback. Accessory buildings may have side yards of not less than ten feet.
(3) Rear. All principal structures shall have not less than a 50 foot rear yard setback. Accessory buildings may have a rear yard of not less than ten feet.
