This district is intended to provide for the land situated in the urbanizing areas of the community where either public water or public sewer is not available and is used for residential and agricultural purposes or which is being platted into rural estate type development. Since tracts in this district will contain residences in close proximity to agricultural activities, such agricultural activities conducted in this district should not be detrimental to urban land uses.
