§ 151.18 APPLICABLE REGULATIONS.
   No person shall connect any private water well to the public water system of the town, so that the waters of either may commingle. In the event that any private water well is connected to the public water supply, the town’s Public Works Authority, acting through its agents, shall immediately disconnect the premises from the public water system.
