§ 134.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 130.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person who shall violate the provisions of § 134.11 of this chapter by failing to appear in the Municipal Court shall be deemed guilty of an offense.
