§ 132.04 FIREWORKS.
   (A)   It is unlawful and an offense for any person to discharge, ignite or in any manner aid, assist or abet in the discharging or igniting of any fireworks or firecrackers of any size, type of description, skyrockets, pistols, torpedoes, roman candles, balloons, bottle rockets or other firecrackers or substances designed and intended for pyrotechnic display within the corporate limits of the town is hereby prohibited, except during the times, hours and dates set forth by resolution.
   (B)   Each year these specifics are to be designated by the town’s Board of Trustees. The resolution shall be done annually at the Board’s first meeting in June; and, provided further that, no discharge of fireworks will be permitted unless appropriate firefighting equipment and manpower is present during the designated period.
   (C)   The sale fireworks or firecrackers of any size, type of description, skyrockets, pistols, torpedoes, Roman candles, balloons, bottle rockets or other firecrackers or substances designed and intended for pyrotechnic display, shall be allowed within town limits in accordance with state statues and by the regulations established by the office of the State Fire Marshal-Fireworks.
