No mobile vender shall sell or vend from his or her vehicle or conveyance when:
(A) Within 150 feet of a restaurant, café or eating establishment which is open for business unless authorized in writing by the stationary business establishment;
(B) Within 150 feet of a public or private school grounds during the hours of regular school session, classes or school-related events in said public or private school, except when authorize in writing by said school;
(C) Within 150 feet of town property where a town authorized concession stand is located during the course of a public celebration when non-profit organizations are permittee to engage in the sale of merchandise and food as such property;
(D) Within 150 feet of the location for which a special event permit has been issued during the time specified from the start through completion of the special event;
(E) Upon private property without the express written permission of the property owner; or
(F) Upon property owned by the town without the express written permission of the Town Administrator.
