§ 113.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person shall sell, offer or expose for sale or have in his or her possession with intent to sell directly from a vehicle to the consumer any food product unless a license has first been obtained from the town. A license may be issued upon verification of the following:
      (1)   Verification that the applicant is the holder of a food establishment license issued by the state’s Commissioner of Health;
      (2)   Verification that the applicant meets all State Department of Health and County Health Department requirements governing food trucks and/or mobile food establishments; and
      (3)   Obtaining written confirmation of the times and places where the applicant intends to operate and/or conduct business.
   (B)   The licensing fees shall be governed by § 110.01 of this code of ordinances.
