§ 111.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person who violates any provision of §§ 111.01 through 111.11 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person violating any provision of §§ 111.25 through 111.35 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
