§ 93.01 SKATEBOARDING AND OTHER TOY VEHICLES IN PARK, PUBLIC BUILDING.
   (A)   No person shall operate, ride upon or propel any skateboard, roller-blades, roller-skates or bicycle on or over any part of any building owned by, or park located within, the town; or on any private property within said jurisdiction conspicuously displaying signs that skateboarding, roller-blading, roller-skating or bicycling are prohibited.
   (B)   The provisions of this section shall not apply to any public street, sidewalk, alley, plaza or parking area, which has been set aside for the purpose of a community event, celebration or festival for which a revocable permit has been approved by the Board of Trustees for the sole purpose of skateboarding, roller-blading, roller-skating or bicycling.
