§ 92.08 BURNING TRASH, GRASS AND THE LIKE.
   No person shall burn or cause to burn or permit to be burned any trash within town limits. All such trash shall be removed as provided by this code. Outside the limits provided in this section trash may be burned in approved incinerators made of incombustible material and as may be permitted by State Department rules.
